When you receive your merchandise, we ask that you look closely before opening the sealed product packaging by the factory. If you are not satisfied with your order, please check our terms of returns of merchandise below.
You have up to fifteen (15) days from its reception to return a product to MARNAU.ca; for either a refund or an exchange. When you return an item, you must include the invoice and a note that details the reason behind the return and a RMA number (details bellow).

MARNAU strongly recommends using a reputable delivery company who can provide proof of delivery. We are not responsible for losses of returns.
All returns are subject to verification by MARNAU and such verification can result in the rejection of the return. Fees and additional replenishment charges are at the sole discretion of MARNAU.
Practical advice to facilitate the return of merchandise
- Keep all original packaging for at least 15 days.
- Do not remove the UPC codes or serial numbers. The boxes without UPC codes or serial numbers cannot be return.
- Do not mark or write on the packaging, content or registration cards of the guarantee.
- The products, defective or not, must be returned in the original packaging from the manufacturer, and it must include all the components and items that were there when the product packaging: cables, software, manuals , registration cards, warranty, and so on. The promotional items therein must be returned
- IMPORTANT: Orders returned with missing items will be rejected or restocking fee will be charged, at the sole discretion of MARNAU.
Authorization number of returned goods (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without the permission of MARNAU and without the Return Marchandise Authorization number (RMA). IMPORTANT: Returned products without valid RMA number inscribed on the outside of the package will be rejected.
RMA numbers issued by MARNAU are valid for a period of only 15 days, and the products must be received by MARNAU within this time limit. RMA numbers can be issued or extended for a second time.
Returning an item for a reason other than a defect
You must cover the shipping fees and the inherent risks for a returned item. For items that are not defective, we do not accept returns wherein the item has been removed from the package or, when the package shows evidence a wear and tear. The product and its package must be in a resalable state.
The product is in its original packaging can be returned to MARNAU within 15 days of the reception date for an exchange.
If manuals, cables, parts and so on. are missing, the request to return goods may be rejected or restocking fee of at least 15% can be charged at the discretion of MARNAU.
All requests for the return of products are subject to verification by MARNAU and can be overruled by virtue of this audit, at the discretion of MARNAU
Returning a defective product
In the case where an item is defective, it will be exchange for a new copy of the same item. If MARNAU has delivered the wrong item, MARNAU will ship the correct one. In both cases, MARNAU will cover the fees associated with the delivery and the risks as long as the return is completed Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service.
Upon reception of the returned items, the amounts that were debited from your credit card with respect to these items, except for shipping fees, will be credited under the condition that the items that are subject to the return were done so by you and received by MARNAU in the same condition as they were when they were shipped and received by you.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within four weeks of the receipt and verification of goods.
