Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates are calculated in accordance with the postal code you have provided, the weight of the item you have purchased and shipping method. You will be able to consult the charges prior to confirming your order.
Expected delivery dates vary depending upon the actual destination and the delivery method you have chosen (regular or express, please see chart below). You can also anticipate a one-to-three day waiting period per item before we expedite the shipment. Please note, you will receive a confirmation e-mail once MARNAU.ca has your order ready. This email will include the item's tracking number so you can follow your product at any time on the carrier website.

Please anticipate an additional wait time if your products are out of stock or if they are missing. In the event that we must wait for an item to arrive, it is possible the item will be held for a few days before it is expedited.
Shipping outside of Canada
We can ship in the US, but for all products that are delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for all custom fees as well as export fees.
Risk of a lost item
All purchases completed on MARNAU.ca are done so in accordance with the shipping contract. This means that the risk of losing an item and property rights associated with the item are transferred to you at the moment when we remit the item to the carrier.
Check your product on delivery
Upon reception of the products through the carrier, you must check the product in order to ensure that is was not damaged during the shipping process. In the case wherein a product is broken during the shipping process, you must return the product in its original packaging and return it to sender. In this case, the package will be sent to MARNAU.ca. If the box is broken, do not accept the shipment.
If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, note damage or shortage in detail on your copy and the driver's copy of the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Call the carrier and request an inspection and inspection report immediately to facilitate claim. Call MARNAU Group within 48 hours to notify our Customer Service Department of damaged merchandise and ask for a return authorization number.
